The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. the park surrounding the accommodation was a great place for my daughter to play and enjoy the outdoors. the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a cozy sleeping experience.
the heating in the cabin was inadequate, and we had to purchase an electric fan heater ourselves.

It’s a wooden garden shed. For 120£. Does that sound like good value? I’m surprised at the numerous positive reviews for these “lodges”- the rooms are wooden prefab garden sheds with no heating or ventilation. This represents abysmal value for money. The owners probably thought they could capitalize on the tourism boom in skye with a few shacks in a parking lot at the expense of the idiots like me who thought they could trust the positive reviews on booking. There’s no food on site. Drinks are more expensive than at the pricier restaurants in Portree. There’s no view. Enjoy looking at a gravel parking lot? Stay here. Perhaps people are inadvertently leaving reviews for a different accommodation on this property’s page. The positive reviews are for a restaurant which simply doesn’t exist. In all, there’s more reasons to avoid this place than to stay.
On the plus side, there’s lots of room to park a car, seeing as the place is a gravel parking lot with a bunch of wooden sheds.
There is no heating in these wooden sheds. There is no food service on site. Hot water does not stay on for more than 2 minutes at a time. This establishment fails to meet local regulatory requirements for rented accommodation.

Located in a picturesque countryside, surrounded by serene mountains, Isle Of Skye Camping Pods offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the cabins are well-maintained, providing good quality bed linen and towels. the family-run business ensures a warm welcome and attentive service for their guests. the upcoming restaurant/cafe area, children's play area, and bar add to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay.
The midges can be quite bothersome, especially during the summer months. A fan could help alleviate this issue.

Convenient check-in around midnight, unique wooden lodge in a charming "village" with breathtaking landscapes. Close to a bigger village for supplies, hot shower, cozy beds, and tables for meals with great views. Excellent communication before arrival.

The location of the lodge was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the lodge itself was clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and a functioning shower.
the lack of facilities on, site, such as a kitchen or canteen, made it challenging to cook meals or have options for dining in.

The camping pods provided a clean and modern space with comfortable beds. the kitchen area was well-equipped with a sink, hob, fridge, and utensils. the bathroom had a functional shower. the location served as a good base for exploring the island and was a short drive to a nearby supermarket.
The lack of duvet, pillows, and utensils, despite being informed beforehand, detracted from the overall value for money.

I had a great stay at Skye Lodges in Isle of Skye. It was the perfect base for exploring the island, and the location was spot on. The lodge itself was clean and well-maintained, with clear instructions provided by the hosts. I appreciated the abundance of electrical points and USB ports, making it convenient to charge all our gadgets. The bathroom, though small, had everything we needed, and the electric shower was a nice touch. The lodge also had a lovely sitting area outside, perfect for meals and stargazing. I was impressed with the value for money and the convenience of the location.
I can recommend this hotel.

We had a cozy and enjoyable stay at the Isle Of Skye Camping Pods. The cabin was small but perfect for a short vacation. The central location and warm atmosphere made it a great choice for accommodation. The shower was really nice too. we loved it and would highly recommend staying here. The communication from the staff regarding arrival and key collection was also great.

The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. We were able to easily travel around and explore different parts of Skye. The compact and cozy nature of the pods was perfect for our stay, and we enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. the shower provided a nice and refreshing experience after a day of adventuring.
One major downside was the lack of proper heating in the pods. It was quite cold during our stay, and the provided heater was not sufficient to keep us warm.
